(SIT) (TDD) "We're sorry, you must first dial a 1 or 0 plus the area code when calling this number. Will you please hang up, and try your call again." (TDD) After the recording stopped, it started playing that fake "number you are calling from has been reported as spam" message, did it try to redirect to a dead toll-free number?
