Full Description
Takes about 40 seconds to answer, then says "Enter. The pound. Sign.". If you do not do this within 5 seconds, it starts making a tone with 2850 Hz, 2300 Hz and 1900 Hz frequencies in them. Pressing pound stops this tone and causes the call to drop shortly after. What is this thing ?!

Press any number right after it says "Enter. The pound. Sign." to activate "Voice. Access. System.", where you can put anything from 00# to 20# to obtain info such as line voltage, ambient temp, low/high voltage alarms, etc.
