On a Definity in an AT&T Toll office. 121T/HIllsboro more specifically. It answers with three * tones, and will eventually flash if you just sit there. A modem comes on out of nowhere (which will prompt for a station number of some sort if you connect) eventually. If it hangs up on you, you'll get some hold music before it returns you back to the thing that sends three * tones.
